THE EXPERIENCE
7 days of a holistic spiritual pilgrimage in the heart of the rainforest. This is an opportunity for transformation and healing guided by the wisdom of nature with plant medicine ceremonies and our supportive integration practices.

Two plant medicine ceremonies are guided by facilitators trained in traditional indigenous Colombian lineage and complemented with integration, individual and group counseling sessions, immersion in nature, contemplative practice, yoga and meditation.

CORE PROGRAM ELEMENTS
ADVISED BY WILDLAND FIREFIGHTERS
This program is created with the guidance of Wildland firefighters whose lives were greatly benefited by plant medicine and contemplative practice. The elements of this program are designed to address the specific needs of the Wildland community. Firefighters will be on-site as assistant-facilitator support throughout the program.
LED BY TRADITIONAL FACILITATORS
Our plant medicine programs are led by a highly skilled and experienced plant medicine facilitator and support team with 20 years of experience, who draw from a diverse background of spiritual care and are based in the indigenous Kamentsa spiritual healing tradition of Sibundoy, Colombia. You will be held with great care throughout the entire process of your journey with us.

INTEGRATION FOCUSED
Integration is an essential component of this retreat. We believe that the true benefit of attending this type of retreat happens afterward, when you are able to integrate the teachings from the ceremonies into your daily life, create more harmony with all your relations, and be of greater service to your community.
CONTEMPLATIVE PRACTICE
Contemplative practice refers to techniques that help us focus, reflect, and develop deeper awareness of our thoughts, emotions, and experiences. These practices include mindfulness, meditation, deep breathing, and other forms of quiet reflection, which can improve emotional regulation, reduce stress, and increase resilience.
CONNECTION TO NATURE
Our retreat center is nestled in lush rainforest, alongside a prisinte river. At our backdoor is 10,000 acres of primary rainforest that our partner non-profit organization, Eco Era, has been protecting for over 30 years. The ceremony work is uniquely supported by the healing pulse of the land and power of an ancient rainforest.
CIRCLE OF SACRED NATURE
Our facilitators are ministers of Circle of Sacred Nature, a 501(c)(3) church in the United States. This retreat is considered a sincere expression of religious and spiritual practice, and people of all orientations and faith backgrounds are welcome. Their mission is rooted in celebrating the interconnection of nature, indigenous wisdom, spirituality, and wellness.

ABOUT POSADA NATURA
Posada Natura is located on the central pacific coast of Costa Rica, 8 miles from the world famous beach, Manuel Antonio. Resting on the banks of the pristine Rio Naranjo, one of cleanest rivers left on earth, it stewards and stands at the base 10,000 acres of protected, primary rainforest reserve.
Facilities
Expansive gathering spaces, ceremonial temple, yoga shalas, multiple practice areas, lounges and dining hall, and a freshwater pool are woven into lush rainforest gardens along the river.
Tropical Gardens
The grounds at our retreat center contain the primordial energy of ancient trees, medicinal plants, fruits, flowers and animals of Costa Rica. Meandering pathways through the garden create a sense of expansiveness while remaining close to the common spaces. Various gathering sites are dispersed throughout that promote peaceful experiences connected with nature.
