NATURE IMMERSION

Our healing center is unique in that we are managed by Eco Era, a 501(c)(3) that protects 7,500 acres of primary rainforest in our backyard of Costa Rica. Each experience at Posada Natura is woven into these conservation lands. The state of being connected with nature quiets the mind and significantly improves our physical and mental health. All humans are hardwired with an innate affinity for nature, because nature is the source our very existence.

 

Whether it be the still water of a lake or the wildfire running through a forest, the essence of nature is a state of flow, and connecting with nature unites us with this flow state.

We believe in the power of nature to heal people. We also believe that connecting people to nature is essential for the well-being of the planet. The condition of the natural world depends on humans having meaningful encounters with nature so that we can create a larger body of environmental stewards.
